As part of its development, our new office, located in Antwerp, is actively looking for recruitment consultants to contribute in the expansion of an international group operating in more than 20 countries, on 4 continents (Europe, Asia, America and Africa) and counting nearly 600 collaborators around the world.

What do we expect from you?

1) Develop a strong client portfolio and promote our group:
Prospect a network of clients and actively participate in conferences, events and job-education fairs.

Negotiate the terms and conditions of collaboration contracts with your clients and prospects.

Develop a strong relationship with each of your clients through personalized service and advice on their recruitment needs.

2) Manage the entire recruitment cycle for each assignment:
Identify and attract suitable candidates through various channels.

Organize interviews with your candidates.

Prepare your candidates for their clients interviews through a personalized coaching.

Ensure an excellent follow-up of the recruitment process in which your candidates are engaged from selection to onboarding.

Must-have to join us:
You have at least a first experience in recruitment.

You are fluent in English and at least French or Dutch.
