To strengthen the HR BENELUX team, our client is looking for a Senior Associate Human Resources. The role is a combination of daily and recurring HR tasks, talent acquisition & project management.

Daily & recurring HR tasks

Manage the payroll for 270 Belgian white collars, of which 30 non-residents (Workday, eBlox).

Manage the payroll for 40 Dutch white collars (Workday, ADP).

Manage absence tracking in Protime/Workday.

Manage employee benefits.

First line employee helpdesk.

HR administration & reporting.

Talent acquisition

Initiate job postings & follow up.

Initiate search through the appropriate channels.

Participate in the interview process.

Prepare job offers.

Participate in the onboarding of new employees.

HR projects

Lead & participate in HR process improvement projects.

Initiate, revise & update HR policies & procedures.

Profile

Bachelor’s Degree required.

Knowledge of the Belgian social legislation is required.

Knowledge of the Dutch social legislation is a plus.

Knowledge of eBlox, Workday, Protime is a plus.

Fluent in English & Dutch (written & spoken) & in spoken French.

Proficient in Microsoft Office software.

5+ years of relevant experience, preferably within a multinational environment.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, self-directed team-based environment subject to changing priorities and short deadlines.

Ability to exercise independent judgment, identify continuous improvement opportunities and develop and implement solutions.

Skilled in developing professional relationships with colleagues, management, peers & external stakeholders.
