Job Description

Danfoss FZCO is looking for a service-minded Regional Sales Analyst for the Climate Solutions Sales team, TMA region. Applications from around the globe are welcome, as the work model for this role is flexible/remote. Working time will follow Gulf Standard Time.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
  • Work on multiple CRM projects as well as performance tracking related to our digital sales tools.
  • Support short and long CRM and digital sales channels development goals.
  • CRM transformation to connecting platforms to support end-to-end process.
  • Training of all new sales to the existing tools and processes
  • Provide business support and continuous capability building.
  • Provide regional insight and inputs to the global process owners
  • Support the Regional sales teams by providing analysis, insight and actionable recommendations to drive data transparency, results accountability and profitable growth.
  • Deliver proactive, insightful and actionable sales and performance reporting
  • Pricing administration
  • Demand planning
Background & Skills

Your educational background is not the most important thing but you might hold a degree within Data Science, Data Management, Computer Science, or the equivalent. What is important is that you possess the following qualities and skills:
  • Background in sales excellence
  • Advanced Excel knowledge: pivot tables, complex formulas, lookups and creating macros using VBA
  • Create results while constantly utilizing your problem-solving skills and showing engagement and obtaining commitment from others.
  • Technical flair and curious to learn and adopt other tools as e.g. Microsoft Power Apps
  • Analytic mindset
  • Able to transform business requirements to solutions based on interest in the business purpose of the requirement
  • Positive, proactive, and creative in problem-solving and process optimization
  • Great communication skills and ability to explain data complexity to others
  • Service-minded and helpful
  • Fluent English communication skills
