You will receive the responsibility to build and grow Filtration Services business in the EMEA Region for the industrial segment. You will start with pilot projects to move Donaldson service business from schedule-based support to a condition-based value proposition (providing up-time to our customers based on IoT and helping to decrease TCO).

Your focus

  • Execute and expand on services strategy, build out the industrial service delivery model with customer research, leveraging our innovative connected service capabilities.
  • Develop the tactics, plans and initiatives to execute the strategy.
  • Lead, drive and develop the teams that sell the services, coordinate and plan the services and execute accordingly. Work with internal and external contractors as needed to grow the business profitably.
  • Develop your service team, both field service engineers as local support teams, and ensure sufficient knowledge and expertise is present to deliver customer commitment.
  • Monitor and utilize data from various sources and software platforms to provide efficient service delivery.
  • Follow-up progress, detect bottlenecks and manage, discuss and implement efficiency in service delivery.
  • Securing customer satisfaction by recognizing and addressing their operational needs.
  • Working with internal teams/experts to help customers and solve technical issues.

About You

  • You proactively work with others across the organization to establish and achieve common goals. You have a can-do mentality and you embrace challenges and creative ideas to drive innovative business models.
  • You have broad experience in servicing customers in the field (preferably with dust collection, industrial filtration, HVAC or similar), and in a leadership role about technicians/engineers.
  • You understand the digital innovation trends and potential of IoT for industrial service management.
  • You are IT literate and used to work with digital tools for both technical work and customer management (CRM systems).
  • You are open to travel in Europe, multiple language skills in English, French, German and Dutch would be a strong asset.
