To strengthen the team, we’re looking for a (m/f):
R&D (test) Engineer
Job and main responsibilities:
She/He will be involved in the development and implementation of various processes including testing and production set-ups for our new class III implantable neurostimulator.
• Development of R&D and production set-ups for electronics and mechanical testing
• Measurement and characterization of devices, including electronic circuit, mechanical components.
• Support and transfer to production with various subcontractors, most of them abroad
HARD SKILLS
- University or High School Degree in Engineering or similar - with a 2-5 years of experience in electronics, electromechanics or robotics.
- Knowledge, experience, and affinities in some of the following: embedded electronics hardware and software development, 3D mechanical design, robotics, analog and digital electronics design, microcontroller/FPGA/DSP programming, PCB development, mathematical and electronics simulation software,
- Knowledge of 3D CAD design and associated software such as Solidworks (Eagle or Altium is also an asset)
- Additional interesting knowledge: Python programming, optical and/or laser systems, biomedical engineering
- Good knowledge of medical devices regulatory environment or ISO9001 is an asset

- Attracted by biomedical Engineering, medical devices, technology and innovation.
- Able and willing to work and evolve in a start-up atmosphere.
- Organisational, flexibility, adaptability, and responsiveness skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritizes multiple projects, addresses multiple issues and handle multiple
- deadlines in a hands-on environment.
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
- Strong planning and organisational ability.
