General RoleAs the Retail Merchandising Coordinator, you will collaborate with and support the Retail Merchandising team of our region. Through product related data analysis and monitoring of stock flows you will contribute to the best possible product availability across Hermès Benelux-Nordics stores.
You will be able to take responsibility for reports, dashboards and other tools that will help our Store Managers to drive their business in a more and more dynamic environment.
Main Responsibilities
Sales Analysis & Retail Activity Follow-up
- Manage dashboards (daily, weekly and monthly) for headquarter and stores
- Generate Excel based reports, business evaluations & ensure tracking of sales targets
- Actively participate in developing new reporting tools that support business requirements
- Prepare and participate in business reviews with store management teams
- Support for Business Developer
- Regularly check inventory & sell-through and take follow-up actions such as weekly stock rebalancing and sales animation for stores
- Follow up on stock equations and implement analysis to allow for accurate projections and propose actions to improve inventory productivity
- Identify opportunities to place reorders
- Maximise sales performance of permanent offer
- Communicate and partner closely with stores with regards to client requests and day to day inquiries
- Support for Retail Merchandiser
- Prepare buying sessions (4 times a year): analysis, sizing, buying tools
- Contribute to the creation of seasonal launch tools
- Ensure client orders are accurately followed up
- In collaboration with the team, run CRM analysis to better anticipate customer needs
- Suggest & contribute to new ideas that could reduce manual reporting tasks and increase operational efficiency of the Retail Merchandising team
- Be the expert of BI tools within Hermes Benelux& Nordics
- 1-2 years experience in a Merchandising/Buying position or relevant internship experiences
- Solid working knowledge of Retail Math and Retail KPIs
- Advanced knowledge of Excel & Powerpoint, proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs
- Strong analytical capacities combined with a service mindset
- Experience with complex retail programs such as CEGID, NeoBI, TMOne
- Ability to demonstrate self-motivation in fast-paced environment
- Flexibility & relevant mindset to react quickly to changing demands of business and urgencies
- Excellent organizational skills, drive for results and ability to independently problem solve
- Team player who enjoys communicating across different cultures & channels
