Job description

  • Providing proactive and timely assistance to customer inquiries
  • Contributing to regular business review meetings by presenting performance and financial reports
  • Providing essential administrative support, including standard operating procedures
  • Collaborate in the creation of new debtors and Master Data Management
  • Assist customers with the usage of the company platform

Position requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics or equivalent experience (1-3 yeras)
  • Strong operational knowledge of the Freight Forwarding industry
  • Fluent English language
  • Being a strong communicator and networker
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team
  • Good organization skills
