For more than 20 years, Unisensor has been a pioneer in diagnostic engineering by developing rapid testing solutions for food safety. To continue our expansion, we are looking for a Marketing Campaign and Project Officer.

1) Role and responsibilities

In this role, you will be mainly responsible for demand generation, content and collateral creation, marketing intelligence and strategy and you also manage marketing projects.

More specifically, you will join our Marketing and Sales Unit and carry out these following tasks :

  • In close cooperation with the Head of marketing and sales, the Product Manager and the regional Sales Manager, you create the concept for and execute on marketing action for lead generation and nurturing, opportunity qualification and closing, and for improving brand awareness.
  • You are in contact with customers B2B and B2C for on-going projects. You make customer visits and pursue your projects on-site, so you have a direct channel into our markets. Thus, you support the global product manager.
  • For product development and life-cycle-management, you create business cases. The related investigation, market research, professional summary and presentation constitute an important part of your work.
  • You are responsible for the demand generation and customer relationship management (CRM) system of a segment of the Unisensor portfolio globally.
  • You create attractive marketing content and play a crucial role for communicating the customer value propositions to the right target at the right time.
  • In a continuous exchange with our regional sales managers, you keep yourself up-to date with ongoing work on leads and opportunities and you regularly report on the status of the sales funnel. You are responsible for documenting and tracking the sales projects in favor of their visibility and traceability, and you are using our CRM and project management software for it.
  • The responsibility for completeness and correctness of data in the CRM is in your hands and you work closely with the regional sales manager for it.

2) Profile

To be successful in this position, we need someone with an experience in marketing B2B or B2C, ideally demand generation through campaigning. You have a clear affinity to text creation and wording.

You hold a background in either biology or chemistry and background with the food industry. Any sales experience is an advantage.

You are ideally experienced in working with a customer relationship management platform (CRM) and have affinity towards excellence in project management (managing JIRA software is an asset).

You have experience- with creation of business cases and profitability calculation.

In terms of personality, you define yourself as critical thinker and problem solver. You have strong presentation skills; you work autonomously and respect resource and timeline. You feel committed and you have a strong willingness to learn.
