Working with us as a sales assistant is an opportunity to learn a very varied job as you will be involved in many aspects of sales, product development, negotiation, emergency management, decision making, etc.
Our aim is to help you fully manage certain collaborations and grow within our organisation.
As part of our expansion, we are thus looking for a Sales Assistant FR/EN
As Sales Assistant, you will be the right-hand man of our Sales Managerwho is in charge of business development and of our existing customers.
Within our human-sized company, you will play a very central and versatile role in relation to both internal and external parties.
Your tasks will focus on sales administration, logistics and project development support.
You will be responsible for the development of international contacts withsuppliers, customers and carriers. You will interact internally with our designer, the Quality / Production department located in China, the accounting department and management.
In Concrete Terms, Your Tasks Are
- Administrative management of the sales for current contracts
- Placement of orders and restocking with our office in China
- Logistical monitoring of production and transport
- The organisation of deliveries to our customers
- Invoicing
- Support to project development
- Follow-up of various customer requests
- Follow-up of proposals, prototypes, validation and price negotiations.
