The job

As a Sales Coordinator, you will take responsibility for a portfolio of our customers. You will be the main contact for our future students, from the moment they enquire until they have completed their course. Your job includes a diverse set of tasks by phone, in person and online to ensure the best possible service to our customers. You will also represent EF at fairs, events and info meetings and serve as primary point of contact for both students and their parents. Your goal is to inspire, motivate, screen, and prepare potential candidates for the journey of their lives.

To achieve that, you will completely own your portfolio and lead the engagement with our customers, supported by a cross-functional team of managers, marketing analysts and experts. You will have the opportunity to work with peers across the globe and learn what it is to build a true international EF-network.

Your skillset

This position requires someone with a can-do attitude and strong work ethic. You are self-motivated and understand the fine balance between sales efficiency and customer service. You love to play off your communication skills and you get energized by executing that winning sales pitch.

- Passion for travel and preferably experience living or studying abroad

- Dutch as a mother tongue and fluent in both spoken and written English / Correct use of language (written and spoken) is paramount

- Familiar with popular computer programs and social media

- Goal oriented and pro-active

- Flexible and a positive attitude

- Bachelor’s degree required unless equivalent through experience
