- Skilled in conversation, flawless in writing.
- Vlot in het Nederlands and English too.
- Ambitious, eager to learn, in it for the long run.
As a strategic thinker, you scan the market and detect new and exciting qualified sales opportunities. You reach out to prospects and decide if yondr can be of added value. Because you are a good listener, you easily detect the soft spots and needs. Being a good talker, you can inspire and show all the ways in which we can make their lives easier.
In the same way you nurture and grow client relationships, we will give you all the chances to develop yourself.
- You have a sixth sense when you prospect the market.
- You can scan every event or platform to select potential leads and make contact.
- You make the first impression and selection scalable.
- You’re a networker and have a solid network, because good old word-of-mouth still does the trick.
- You are honest both ways, both with the customers (do they need us?) and the yondr crew (can we convince them?) — that is what we call lead qualification.
- You educate and inspire the customer, blow them away with our portfolio, answer questions and send the right resource material.
- You do all the prepping so that the chef can do the cooking. You give the assist for the perfect goal. You lay the field and make everything easier for everybody else.
To help you connect and manifest yourself to the fullest, we organise discovery lunches, virtual tours, weekly team meetings, annual offsites.
