The Challenge:

The Sales Intelligence Product Owner will generate actionable insights to our Commercial teams helping them to meet their goals, own the product visions, get an in-depth understanding of sales needs, align those needs with country stakeholders, define value creation of new features and collaborate efficiently with the Development Team.
The Role:
  • Take the lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner
  • Understand and define product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities
  • Regularly connect with Commercial Teams and work together with them to get a clear understanding of the current Commercial tools experience and improvement opportunities
  • Define a clear customer journey throughout the Sales & Customer Experience process and identify pain points and opportunities to improve user journey experience.
  • Prioritize clear Product Backlog that gives a complete and structured view of the developments needed and guide the Scrum Team what to work on next.
  • Enable development team to implement items in product backlog by clear feature refinement and objective setting
  • Define & coordinate the development of the insights for Commercial team and management to help them selling more; connecting better with our customers and reach their goals.
Who we’re looking for:
  • 2+ years of experience working as a Product Owner for a Scrum Team
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
  • Sharp analytical and detail oriented.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of Commercial tool landscape and Sales business processes is a plus
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com; PowerBI and Qlick systems is beneficial
  • Fluent in English
