Sales Manager Out of Home
What you will do:
You are responsible for the achievement of sales and profitability targets in assigned key accounts and countries.
You will build a relationship and develop close partnerships with the customers.
You will develop and grow our branded market position and always drive towards market and category leadership.
Your key responsabilities:
Business planning and follow up
Account planning, execution and monitoring
Category sales and margin analysis, terms & conditions
Demand planning in Integrated Business Planning
Go-to-Market
Develop and maintain retail business in key accounts
Maintain and develop assortment mix
Develop, implement and evaluate in a structured way all promotions at customers
Category development
Tenders and contract negotiations with current and potential new customers
Actively seek increased distribution and new prospects
Operational excellence
Continuous development of way of working – maximize customer experience at optimized costs
Managing, optimizing and monitoring discounts and joint marketing expenses
Optimize outbound value chain together with supply chain / logistics
Optimize payment terms, minimize risk and payment control
Forecast accuracy, including sales campaigns and assortment changes
What we expect from you:
Education: University degree in business administration or equivalent
Experience & knowledge:
Min 3 years experience from retail KAM or sales manager positions in FMCG
Strong account management skills
Relationship management skills
Communication and negotiation skills.
Creative business development
IT skills (MS Office, CRM, other tools)
Behaviours: Team player, inspiring, innovative and result oriented.
