Sales & Marketing Support Specialist
To support our ambitious Business growth initiatives, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a multifunctional teamplayer, working in the Loomis Belgium Commercial team.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with
knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. You should also be able to interpret sales metrics and be goal-oriented. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have strong
teamwork skills.
In this role you will be responsible for administrative duties and assisting the sales department securing existing partners and gaining new customers. The inside sales’ responsibilities includes identifying tracking sales leads, coordinating quotes with sales packs, providing customer service, and managing customer accounts.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
  • Managing customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes, and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems.
  • Identify, handle and qualify
incoming leads and address or delegate to designated person. Support sales team in compiling replies for Tenders
  • Act as focal point for small (public) tenders
  • Conduct
Customer Data analysis in preparation of Opportunity generation (upselling) and service optimisation
  • Compile reports in preparation of periodic Customer review meetings, with focus on key performance indicators. Provide follow up reporting
  • Update Customer data in SalesForce tool, ERP. Setup new accounts in MyLoomis, act as SPOC for any webportal questions and customer requests/demands
  • Sales and marketing Support is responsible for raising Loomis Belgium
visibility on social media. You will manage our Website, and organise / Monitor Monthly communication on Linkedin
  • Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board
  • Support the organisation in migrating to a paperless office. Suggest
Sales process improvements in view of establishing and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system.

Profiel:
Requirements
  • BS degree in Marketing or associates degree in relevant field a plus
  • Proven work experience as Inside Sales support
  • Computer literacy - proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
  • Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems
  • Language skills: Native NL/FR with Strong English knowledge
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus.
  • An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
