Then Medela is the company for you.We are seeking a Sales Representative Professional Care Benelux (m/f /d) to join our team.The Sales Representative Professional Care is responsible for driving sales within the designated territory. (Flemish part of Belgium)Your Responsibilities
  • The main focus is to reach the sales target as defined, within the designated territory across the full portfolio of Professional care products in line with company objectives
  • Maintain a territory business plan with strategic objectives tailored to company goals
  • Encourage market development and deliver outstanding customer service, satisfaction and extend the customers network of Medela
  • Responsibility for creating agreements with customers about price, delivery and payment conditions within the framework provided by Medela Benelux
  • Accountable for maintaining commercial work, individual attitude, commitment and performance within the organization and reaching personal goals in agreement with the Senior Manager of Sales
  • Delivery of customer, external party training as required
  • Develop, set up, and control quotes, and solve any customer issues as required
  • Flag proactive commercial opportunities within existing and new customers/channels and follow up
  • Participate at meetings, exhibitions, fairs, and in projects to support the organisation and department
  • Accurate and professional internal and external communication
  • Timely and accurate sales reporting, including CRM system
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, science, healthcare or a related field
  • Excellent experience related to medical sales
  • A medical or nurse background is desirable
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in Dutch, orally and written
  • Good knowledge of English, French orally and written
  • Full driving licence
