The sales support is key in the sales process as they are the first point of contact with the future clients of EMAsphere. You’ll be playing a major role to create and transform leads into qualified leads. Your main objective is to obtain qualified meetings.
The sales support is working closely with the Sales Executives and the Marketing team (you makes the bridge between marketing and sales department) and support them by handling the following tasks:
Planification (10%)
- Think of new and creative strategies to generate leads following recommendations of Business Experts;
- Being able to create new scripts adapted to specific targets, manage discussion with C-levels;
- Gather reliable and relevant data to guide marketing strategy.
Prospection (60%)
- Performing inbound and outbound calls (cold and hot calling management) based on Marketing campaigns and internal databases;
- Generate interest, in order to create opportunities, collect information, which takes into account the comments of the prospects;
- One to one outbound prospection to generate qualified meetings;
- Present EMAsphere, our products and services to prospects;
- Maintain and monitor the database of prospects (updating CRM).
Qualification (30%):
- Qualify and develop inbound leads and create business opportunities;
- Understand client-prospect/market needs and requirements;
- Schedule qualified discovery meetings/product demos for the Sales Executives.
Who are you ?
- Experience: You have more than 10 years experience in telemarketing / communication / inside sales oriented job.
- Languages: You are perfectly fluent in French with a good understanding/use of English.
- Skills:
- You have knowledge in Accounting & Financial matters;
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- You have strong listening and presentation skills;
- You have a strong sense of organisation;
- You are able to read marketing analyses and to follow-up prospect’s requests within a very short response time and verbal quality;
- You demonstrate a sense of priority (business minded).
- Teamwork is in your DNA, but you are also able to work independently.
- You are a fun and dynamic colleague.
- Interests: You demonstrate a big interest in technology.
