Job Description

This company is a leading name in international IT consultancy, with over 75,000 customers internationally and over 3000 dedicated employees throughout the Benelux market.

Our client is now looking for a tri-lingual SAP SuccessFactors consultant based in the Brussels area, that can speak confidently in Dutch, French and English.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Advise and guide the customer at all stage of the internal implementation of SAP SuccessFactors
  • Determining Business requirements from the client
  • Regularly work at client location to ensure a thorough understanding of the client’s needs are met
  • Collaborate with the rest of the project team to ensure a timely and effective delivery of the SuccessFactors system.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years working with SAP SuccessFactors
  • Knowledge of Employee Central is a must
  • Strong understanding of HCM processes
  • Background in HR / IT and strong familiarity with HCM systems
  • Languages; Dutch, French and English - all at a level of working proficiency
