Are you looking for your next challenge as a Scrum Master?

Our client in the government sector is seeking a Scrum Master for a long-term project in the centre of Brussels. They have undertaken the process of modernizing their user database within the organization. The programme is very ambitious consisting of a number of exciting projects. This role will entail the shaping an development of the programme, and as such they are looking for strong candidates who are up to the challenge.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and overseeing one delivery team within an agile environment (This will increase to additional teams in the future)
  • Collaborate with on the project in conjunction with the Project Manager, Architects, Developers and other key team members
  • Contribute to the definition of standards within the organization

Your Profile

  • 5+ years working as a Scrum Master
  • 3+ years of experience with CI/CD (Azure DevOps preferably)
  • Experience in IT projects within a microservice architecture environment as well as a Cloud environment.
  • A background in Coaching and assembling balanced agile teams
  • Extensive experience in implementing various agile frameworks (e.g. Safe, Less, Scrum or scrums)
  • Previous experience in coaching of product owners
  • Ability to speak French, Dutch and English at a professional level is a must
