You will take and lead initiatives to continuously improve our planning, development, and delivery.You will work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment, in an industry in full transition, with teams of highly skilled engineers that work on high-tech products, but with varying degrees of maturity in their Agile practice.You are an autonomous, resilient, enthusiastic person and an experienced Scrum Master. I you have affinity with software or hardware engineering, if you thrive when faced with a challenge, if you measure success by the learnings and product increments delivered by your team, then this is the job for you!ResponsibilitiesMain Responsibilities
  • First and foremost, you establish Scrum in the team.
  • You act as the primary coach and mentor to team members and others on understanding Scrum theory and practice.
  • You support the team using a servant leadership style and leading by example.
  • You ensure the teams practice the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, visibility and inspect/adapt continuous improvement behaviour.
  • You help the team focus on iteratively delivering high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done.
  • You ensure that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox.
  • You facilitate communication within the team and ensure work in progress is understood by all members.
  • You help the Product Owner to use techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management.
  • You identify and remove impediments, prevent distractions that interfere with the ability of the team to deliver.
  • You support the team in accurately planning and committing to deliverables per Sprint and per Product Increment.
  • You facilitate stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed.
  • You provide tools to the POD that allow them to monitor, predict, and improve their delivery.
QualificationsYour profile and qualifications
  • 3+ years’ experience as Scrum Master in a Scaled Agile environment (SAFe or other).
  • Experience as Agile Coach is an asset.
  • Hands-on experience in hardware or software development and delivery.
  • Deep understanding of modern Agile, Lean, and DevOps theory and practices.
  • Deep understanding of all aspects of a modern SDLC.
