Key Figures is looking for a Senior Accountantfor our client region Mechelen.

In this new positionyou work closely with the Managing Director of the Belgian entity.

Our client is a growing and financial very stable company with several international offices. The entity in Belgium opened a year ago and will be further expanded.
This opportunity will give you enormous growth potential.

THE ROLE

  • Manage and control operational finance tasks (Invoicing, AR, GL, cost accounting, profit calculation, ...)
  • Maintain close cooperation with external auditors Responsible for periodic closing, preparation of the management report and presentation of the figures to the board
  • Responsible for cash flow planning, contact with banks & insurance companies
  • Determine risk management and investment strategies
  • Responsible for all external audits
  • Develop future scenarios and realise strategic projects

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance or Economics
  • You have at least a first experience as an accountant
  • You have a strong knowledge of NL/ENG, do you have a basic knowledge of Chinese? This is a very strong asset!
  • You take ownership and enterpreneurship and proactive
  • You are analytically very strong and you are able to clearly present reports to the board and give advice
