???? Hiring: Senior Analyst eDrive/TraCo/eShunting - Brussels - €500 per day on a 12-month contract

Location: Brussels

Telework: Up to 3 days per week on-site required

Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and analyze organizational processes and functions.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend productivity solutions.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align functions with strategic objectives.
  • Design and implement strategies supporting organizational growth.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of implemented strategies.
  • Implement and enhance a lean delivery process.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in computer science or business science.
  • Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Agile Scrum Master, Project Management, Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, and Change Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of ICT experience.
  • Proficient in English, French, and Dutch (C2 level).
  • On-premises availability at least 2 days a week.
  • Experience: >1 year as a data analyst, senior business analyst, and process analyst.
  • Familiar with SAFE/Scrum, MS Office, JIRA, Confluence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • BPMN experience.

Highly Valued:

  • Experience in IT application design or implementation.
  • Familiarity with Azure or .Net.
  • Knowledge of Gherkin.
