Specific Skills:

Demonstrable experience in coaching employees who take on a role as a business analyst in a scrum environment
Demonstrable experience in converting new legislation into system functionalities
Demonstrable experience with Jira and Confluence

General Skills:

Demonstrable experience as a business analyst
Demonstrable experience with development and optimization of business processes (BPM)
Candidate has a LESS certificate
Demonstrable experience with stakeholder management
Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2.
