Senior Business Analyst (Manufacturing)- Mechelen
A global manufacturing customer of ours in are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join for a long term, freelance mission.
The customer are a global leader in high-performance polymers and provide sustainable materials for industries like automotive, construction, and electronics.
They need a business analyst to come in and help with a "Process Improvement" project, to improve their production worksflows and increase efficiency.
Role:
- Gather and analyze data on current production processes to help in identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Create process maps and flowcharts to visualize existing workflows and identify optimization opportunities.
- Work with production teams, engineers, and management to understand pain points, gather feedback, and develop solutions.
- Track the performance of implemented changes, using key performance indicators to measure the impact on efficiency and make adjustments as needed.
Requirements:
- 5+ Years Experience as a Business Analyst
- English speaking – French/Dutch preferred
