Role: Senior Project Manager

Duration: 12 Months

(Hybrid position like 2 days onsite 3 days remote/week)

Job description

  • Within Cyber and IT Risk we ensure that our client is sufficiently armed for the operational and security challenges that we face every day. We do this together with all the trains and employees. To achieve this we have a long term vision of which overarching initiatives are part.
  • Your main goal is to lead a project team in identity and access management. As a project manager you will be accountable for one or more projects within identity and access management. For the realization of your project(s) you will be working together with your colleagues throughout the IT department, and you will coordinate work to be delivered by multiple Agile Release Trains.

Responsibilities:

Prepare the project plans, be a role model, be accountable to :

• Propose priorities based on consolidated information and expert opinions

• Make and coordinate plans with the project and development organization

• Analyze project progress and results

• Analyze and manage project issues, changes, and risks

• Ensure that your project achieves agreed objectives

• Ensure that the output of your project is integrated with other dependent projects

• Assess the quality of the output of your project

• Together with other project managers ensure that the projects will jointly lead to achieving the defined targets

Needed qualifications:

• You have experience as a project manager in a identity and access management

• You have knowledge of the SAFe way of working. Certification is a plus.

• You have knowledge of Project Management tools (Jira, Kendis,..)

• You have experience in an international context.

• You can motivate and activate people to work together in the direction of defined goals.

• You are able to create a stimulating and creative environment to unlock all potential of people working on the program.

• You have integrity and are trustworthy.

• You are a ‘people’ person, able to give individual consideration, creating a supportive atmosphere.
