We are currently seeking for a Senior Recruiter for our partner in the professional services sector located in Zaventem.

This renown company, focusing on providing high quality services linked to financial activities is looking for a seasoned professional in recruitment. Our partner is among the most important actors in the country and internationally, but the company remain a medium size company in which the structure is flat and familial. To sustain their growth, their talent acquisition team needs motivated person to take over and develop this new position.

Job Description – Senior Recruiter

The Senior Recruiter will:

  • Be in contact with the hiring manager to traduce the internal needs.
  • Source candidates from different channels.
  • Attract talents with outstanding publication and approach.
  • Meet and assess candidates.
  • Participate in events.
  • Manager projects and develop trainings & procedures.

Profile – Senior Recruiter

  • At least 3 years ‘experience in a similar position ideally.
  • Experience in consulting company is a most.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
  • Fluent in Dutch or French and a good level of English.
  • Resilient with good communication & writing skills.
