As an AUSY Service Delivery Manager you are responsible for making sure that services are being seamlessly delivered to the clients of an organization. You would be in charge of a variety of exciting tasks, such as leading project teams, rectifying reliability issues, monitoring progress, tracking KPIs, and managing budgets. You play a vital role in boosting the user experience by ensuring the smooth delivery of top-notch services that meet and exceed customer demands.

Let’s get down to business and be more concrete! What can you expect in a role as service delivery manager @ Ausy?

· You would be in the driver seat for creating those important customer relationships at all levels.

· You manage the terms of the agreement with the client, controlling the agreed services in accordance with the agreement and following the agreed cost.

· On a periodic basis you report the agreed targets towards your client(s).

· You report internally on your financials, performances and track invoicing.

· You can create and control a management system to retain the client’s or service’s knowledge.

· You will interview and evaluate potential candidates, propose attractive job requests and bring the candidate closer to the team or client.

· Seeing and taking opportunities to grow the service within the current agreement or by promoting new services

· You motivate and develop our talents in order to increase employability and retention, within the known context.

So what kind of profile are we looking for to shine in this role?

· You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree, or you are equivalent through experience.

· Our ideal candidate has experience with Google Cloud Platform or Google Workspace.

· An entrepreneurial spirit is essential, but always in function of the team. or as we say #teamausy.

· You are a real problem solver: the client can come to you with a problem, and you will do everything in your power to solve it.

· You can communicate perfectly in Dutch and English, and a good knowledge of French is a plus.

· You can work flexible from home and our different offices (Ghent - Leuven - Antwerp - Hasselt - Brussels.
