Ariad is currently looking for a passionate, enthusiast data-driven and customer-oriented Campaign Manager to plan, implement, launch and manage marketing campaigns with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Your responsibilities:
Gathering requirements and helping the team in planning execution of campaigns, and project release

Setting timely project deliveries, escalations management as well as developing, implementing and optimizing email marketing campaigns using marketing cloud tools such as Email Studio, Journey Builder and Automation studio based on the business requirements

Responsible for email deployment, including campaign set-up, segmenting audience, targeting, automating, structuring A/B test, QA, scheduling deliveries, tracking and reporting.

Share best practices and support knowledge with the Campaign Management team members.

Are you the one? Yes if:
You have a relevant experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. If you have the certification, it would be even better (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or SFMC Consultant or SFMC Developer)

You speak French or Dutch and English

You are skilled in setting up end to end Email Campaigns

You have a deep understanding of marketing strategy with specific expertise in targeting, segmentation, test/control design, and campaign analytics

You are a strategic thinker and quick learner with excellent communication, collaboration, client handling, and problem-solving skills

You have strong organizational skills with the ability to work well under pressure and balance multiple projects
