Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a Site Procurement & Facilities Coordinator in our site of Soignies (B) !

In this position, you will report to the Technical manager of the site and you will be responsible for local indirect procurement and facilities management within the framework of corporate procurement strategies and policies.

You will also have a dotted line reporting into the European Procurement organization.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Be The Following

Manage and coordinate all local indirect procurement and facilities activities within the Soignies site

Be accountable for the building and execution of site procurement strategy, BCP and AOP

Be accountable for procurement and facilities KPI performance management and process adherence in the site

Serve as the organization’s representative for Indirect Procurement and Facilities for the site

Maintain and develop relationships (SRM) with key site and local suppliers.

Evaluate local contracts and suppliers with relevant stakeholders.

Analyse local supply market, anticipates changes and shares this information with

regional procurement leads and key site stakeholders

Ensure products and services are purchased in the most cost- and time-efficient

manner, implements and ensures purchasing best practices for their site

Align with regional procurement managers to understand Regional & Global indirect

procurement strategies

Ensure compliance with the indirect procurement policy handbook

Qualifications

Master degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or equivalent by

Experience

You have at least 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment

You gained successful experience in procurement, supply chain, operations, maintenance or related business

You have commercial aptitude and strong networking skills, with internal stakeholders and local suppliers

You are fluent in written and spoken French and operational English with excellent

communication skills

You are willing to work in a multicultural environment

You possess strong project management and reporting skills, with a high proficiency
