Your role in this awesome team

As our Social Media Manager, these are some things to describe you:

  • You’re an intrinsically curious person
    • You want to know the ins and outs of our market to fully understand our goals, values, and aims.
  • You are tech-savvy
    • You know your way around many different tools. Plus, if you’re not familiar with them, you’re eager to take a deep dive into the platforms. An important tool is **Adobe Creative Cloud**.
  • You aren’t afraid to wear different hats
    • Besides that, you aren’t afraid to wear different hats and help out several departments.
  • You love to think outside the box
    • Creative ways to boost engagement and interest? Well, this is your forte; you can come up with pretty much anything.
  • Did someone say, team player?
    • For us, there is no ’I’ in team, and that is the same for you. Feedback is something you welcome and ask for proactively.
  • Structured and organized?
    • That’s you! Besides that, you are also fluent in English. Dutch is a bonus point.

Things you will do

  • Social media content management
    • In collaboration with our Creative Copywriter:
      • Coming up with messaging draft(s)
      • Co-creating/brainstorming posts
    • Solo:
    • Scheduling and posting
      • Engaging with other accounts where needed
      • Follow-up on tags, likes, reshares
  • Community management
    • Take ownership of our internal community
    • Think about possible campaigns and ideas
    • Manage the rewards of our Ambassadors
    • All-round design support within the corporate identity
      • Creating/adjusting presentations
      • Prepping and ordering printed items
  • Event communication support
    • Create compelling slides
    • Publish pre- and post-event community items
    • Social media presence
