We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Marketing Team as a Social Media Specialist.

What can you expect from this challenging job?
As Social Media Specialist, you will work closely with the Marketing team to plan and produce world-class social media campaigns across a range of channels. A passion for all things social is an absolute must.

This is an exciting opportunity for a social media enthusiast to join a renowned and thriving brand. Your role will involve being proactive in creating and delivering a wide range of organic and paid social media campaigns.

Key responsibilities:
- Managing growth and engagement in social media channels to keep the brand visible and engaging.
- Confidence in using your ideas and creative talent to create your own engaging content.
- Understanding the consumer and their behaviour and how you can target and engage them on existing and new platforms.
- Creating and managing content calendar for social channels and supporting implementation with our dealers.
- Working closely with the digital marketing team to create the content needed to promote Hyundai’s online real estate.
- Educating and instructing our dealers via webinars, online sessions and other initiatives to support the brand.
- Briefing and managing external creatives to deliver amazing content.
- Analysing and reporting on social performance to highlight key opportunities and implement recommendations.
- Continuously looking for ways to optimise and improve social performance.

Are you the new colleague we are looking for?
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role as a Social Media Executive or Digital Marketing Executive.
- An engaging social media lead with solid communication skills and a strong commercial eye.
- Understanding of the construction industry would be of huge benefit, as you will need to be talking knowledgeably about our machines and understanding what makes them stand out in a crowded market
- Experience in B2B marketing.
- Must have strong writing skills and a versatile style that maximises the brand voice to our key industries and customers.
- Excellent English and ideally proficient in at least one other European language (French, German, Dutch).
- Adequate knowledge of technologies in order to generate actionable and consistent data from social media marketing including conversion measurement and optimisation.
- Hands-on experience of publishing, boosting and community management.
- Experience with influencers.
- Proven track record of driving growth across all social KPIs in a commercially focused environment.
