  • Manage the supplier qualification process through the APQP during the new program¿s development phase. It is also
  • You manage and follow up the quality claims resolution process until the 8 D is fully completed.
  • Investigate, analyse and resolve supplier quality problems by conducting audits, analysing defect trends and leading continuous improvement projects also manage the supplier¿s qualification process through the APQP during the new programs development phase.

Profil

Skills: ¿ Mechanical Engineering degree in Quality, Engineering, Management ¿ Six Sigma Black Belt preferred. Six Sigma Green Belt required. ¿ Excellent computer skills including Excel, Windows, Word, Office. ¿ Excellent knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and automotive requirements. ¿ Excellent knowledge of the automotive core tools such as FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC and MSA. ¿ Familiar with the ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements. ¿ VDA 6.3 process auditor qualified. ¿ Fluent in English. Experience: ¿ A minimum of 5 to 10 years work experience quality in the automotive field, preferably in supplier¿s quality. ¿ Experience with metal processing technology (welding, deforming) is considered beneficial.
