JOB SCOPE:
As the Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play an active key role in evaluating, designing, analyzing, monitoring and improving the processes and procedures within the Supply Chain department of the EMENA region while collaborating with multiple functions within the organization like Inventory, Demand planning, Customer Service, Logistics, Regulatory, Marketing, warehousing and production. In your role, you will take the lead in improving and maintaining the Supply Chain data quality in the ERP system. You will also support the customer service team and report on the KPI’s of the department.

Responsibilities:
- Projects
- Design, analyze, monitor internal processes & Build on Service improvements within the own team, own department and supply chain departments.
- Ensure that all processes are known and documented in procedures and work instructions, build out the Microsoft Teams One Note manuals
- Be the key person for ERP (M3) upgrade testing & related ERP requests
- Act as problem solver where needed and appropriate
- Participate in preparation of logistics tenders, data analysis, calculation of best rates
- Engage in projects to optimize stock rotation, reduce lead times, optimize warehouse occupation, etc.
- Customer service support
- Co-ordination, administration, handling & follow-up of Customer Complaints (QMS-ETQ)
- Co-ordination, administration & handling of Customer Questionnaires
- Training & Coaching of Customer Service representatives
- Organise yearly customer service meeting
- Plan & schedule monthly customer service calls
- Organize quarterly meetings with customer services from other divisions
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare Monthly Scorecard for Customer Service & Planning
- Item Rationalization calculation, ABC Analysis
- Tracking logistics cost and spend per provider
- Develop & run stock other reporting, create dashboards and tools for the department
- Tracking of KPI achievement and report & initiate corrective actions when needed
- Be the key person on Query Building for the Customer Service & Logistics department and ensure reports are created according to the needs and requests
- Supply Chain Master Data Quality
- Maintain, review and improve the item fields in the ERP system to manage data quality
- Item & status control
- Ensure Standardization in the ERP system for all settings
- Data Quality Improvement
- Continuous Improvement
- Work out Cost saving projects by analyzing and critically examining existing and current procedures
- Act as the back-up for the Supply & Demand Planner, who is mainly responsible for short term demand planning & order processing.
Growth opportunities
You will be part of the EMENA Supply Chain Team, and reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager. Your colleagues are the Customer Service and Logistics Teamleader, the Warehouse Supervisor and the Demand and Inventory Manager. Thanks to Kemin’s strong growth regular growth opportunities will come. Your first month on the job will consist of a rotation program across several supply chain departments so you get familiar with all processes and systems.
Qualifications:
MINIMUM EDUCATION (including licenses, certifications, designations, etc.):
- Bachelor degree or equivalent by relevant experience
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCES:
- Relevant experience in a supply chain environment
- Team player
- Eager to learn, ambitious.
- Problem solving mind
- Well organized, accurate & punctual
- Self-starter: every day will be different, you won’t be told exactly what to do
- Analytical skills
- Able to plan activities, to anticipate and to take initiatives
- Flexible in adjusting to organizational needs
- Fluent English, preferably also Dutch. Other languages (French, Spanish) can be a plus in working with the European team.
- PC skills:
- MS Excel: advanced knowledge required
- ERP experience
- Knowledge of the following is considered a big plus:
- Infor M3 ERP system
- Sharepoint
- OneNote
- Microsoft Teams
- Power BI
- Power Query
