Supply Planning Team Lead

Salary: Competitive

Company Summary:A market leader in a consumer goods which is experiencing a massive period of growth is currently seeking a motivated Supply Planning Team Lead, to support the continuous growth and reinforce their Supply Chain Team in Ghent. You will review supply/demand balance for production lines and work together with manufacturing and group supply chain to find solutions, solve imbalances, and implement improvements.

The Supply Planning Team Lead will be responsible for:

· The short-term planning of the production lines and deal with short term issues

· Stock Management

· Close communication with Internal and external stakeholders

· Lead a team of 2 production planners

· Continuous improvements of supply chain planning processes

The Supply Planning Team Lead should have the following qualifications:

· 4+ years of demand/supply or Production planning experience.

· BA degree in the Supply Chain field, logistics, Business, or production management

· English and Dutch speaking (Fluent)

· Experience with SAP

· Background in the FMCG industry
