AKKA reinforce its Talent Acquisition Team by integrating an intern. Do you want to be part of this ?

As Talent Acquisition Intern, you will join the digital team based in Brussels, support the Talent Acquisition Officer.

YOUR TASKS :

Define and target the profiles needed.
Writing and publishing advertisments
Search for candidates (sourcing and hunting for profiles on job boards and LinkedIn)
Pre-qualification by phone
Participation in interviews (with recruiters and managers)
Coordination of the recruitment process
Participation in recruitment events

Your profile :

Your currently pursue (or hold) a bachelor’s degree in business, management or HR of university or business school
You already have an experience in recruitment
If you have knowledges on IT jobs it’s a must
You are reactive, rigorous and curious
You have a good English level
