In Belgium, MS Amlin has extensive expertise in liability insurance, technical insurance, fire insurance, transport insurance and vehicle fleet insurance. We achieve a gross premium of around €150 million and employ approximately 120 people.

We are currently looking for anTalent Acquisition Lead for our Brussels office:

Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition professional looking for a new challenge? Are you passionate about recruitment? Do you have good experience managing recruitment strategy across different disciplines and locations?

If so then this could be the opportunity for you!

This role is to sit as part of the wider MS AISE HR team and help drive recruitment best practice within the business.

While In Talent Acquisition There Is Rarely a ‘typical’ Day, Here’s a Snapshot Of Some Of The Key Parts Of The Job
  • End to end recruitment management across Belgium, France and the Netherlands– from role raise through to offer
  • Source the best candidates through different channels, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Job boards, university/schools
  • Collaborating with Hiring Managers on their vacancies to identify the right recruitment approach
  • Collaborate with agencies where appropriate
  • Lead and manage WorkDay process and data
  • Provide regular reporting on the Talent Acquisition activities and identify action plans where needed
  • Support Employer Branding activities in close collaboration with Marketing
For this particular role there are some important qualifications and experience we need you to have.

These Include
  • Business level English and either French or Dutch
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Strong recruitment experience either within a large organisation or agency – including management of roles across all levels of seniority
  • Demonstrable experience managing roles across multiple geographies and disciplines
