Are you looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager role where you will be responsible for building up and maintaining a state-of-the-art talent acquisition process, proposing an outstanding client & candidate experience?

Reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner, you will handle the following responsibilities:
  • Implement a recruitment process that is in line with the Aliaxis hiring strategy while encouraging employee diversity and identifying strategies to find candidates who fit the company culture
  • Manage the recruitment team and report on its performance
  • Work closely with the HR Business Partners to prioritize recruitments and anticipate future needs
  • Create, maintain and report on recruitment KPIs
  • Train line managers in recruitment skills and competency based interviewing techniques
  • Develop and implement HR Branding (within the scope of recruitment)
  • Ensure GDPR compliance in all aspects of the recruitment process
  • Active participation in the Global Recruitment Council and global recruitment initiatives
  • Monitor Onboarding program, focusing on new hire experience, feedback and continuous improvement
  • Actively and efficiently manage a portfolio of open positions (mainly for Brussels HQ) from A to Z.
The role is based in Brussels, within our Global Headquarters.

Requirements:
  • Significant demonstrable recruiting experience at manager level in an international corporate organization
  • Proven experience in creating and implementing employer branding programs
  • Proven ability to recruit across a variety of functional areas
  • Strong track record in direct sourcing methodologies and delivery
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), influencing and negotiation skills are required, as is strong project management, analytical and critical thinking skills with thorough attention to detail
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across different levels of the organization
  • Ability to bring good judgement and empathy to sensitive situations
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines and multi-task in a matrix and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interviewing skills
  • Proficiency with various applicant tracking systems
  • Fluency in English, French is a plus.
