This is what you’re going to do
You start the recruitment process by determining the profile of the desired candidate in consultation with the Hiring Manager.
As soon as the job profile is clear, you translate it into a promotional vacancy text.
You determine the most suitable recruitment approach and channels per position, monitor their effectiveness and make adjustments.
Do the first screenings of interesting candidates and conduct the interviews with the selected candidates.
As a link between the candidate and our company, you ensure the best possible candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment funnel.
You create and maintain a network and actively approach potential candidates, even if there are no open vacancies.
Also ensure an active connection with schools in order to attract the best interns.
You report to the Talent Director.
This is what you bring to the table
At least 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the digital world.
Experience in a marketing agency is a plus.
A large network and the ambition to expand it even further.
Result orientation, independence, stress resistance and a dose of commercial flair.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English.
A “can do, no-nonsense” and positive mentality.
