Job Summary
The Talent Expert is responsible for the establishment of a high-level talent management strategy and an open communication (internal and external) in line with the company objectives of the NHV group.
The Talent Expert is a staff function and reports directly to The Group HR Manager.

Respons. & areas
Recruitment process

  • Design and implement a proper recruitment process for the whole NHV group.
  • Build a qualitative relationship with internal customers and external recruitment vendors.
  • Responsible for the development of the recruitment team (HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers)
  • Monitor the recruitment process and make adjustments where needed

Development

  • Create development measuring systems, such as the global talent pool to collect the development possibilities of the NHV employees. This outcome gives an important overview of the potential growth, training possibilities, … of the NHV staff (engineers, pilots and administrative personnel)
  • Match the preferences of the employees with the opportunities and strategy of the company following the internal mobility policy
  • Give advice on effective training programs for management and staff
  • Organize international training sessions
  • Implement performance management and objective setting
  • Cooperate with external assessment & development centers and training organizations
  • Enhance the cooperation with internal training department and management

Retention

  • Analyze the available data within the company (e.g. exit interviews) and take actions to retain talent.

General Talent Management

  • Keep all Talent related processes up to date to make sure the ISO certification is maintained.
  • Follow-up of all manpower plans in the bases and keep a general overview. Propose actions to optimize the work force in cooperation with the HR Business Partners and Managers.

Experience

  • Minimum A Bachelor degree
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in talent management
  • Work experience in an international context is a plus

Skills

  • You have an analytical, pragmatic approach in your workflow
  • Good communication skills
  • Professional level of Dutch and English – French is a plus
  • You embrace the diversity in the company (culture, gender, different countries, …)
