EVP NCE > SBU NCE Construction & Operations > Commissioning Supervisors Team 3

PRM are delivering resources to the construction projects in various roles. As a team leader you will be responsible for approx. 25-30 supervisors

Responsibilities
  • Directing, hiring, training, and developing Supervisors
  • Motivate your team and secure a healthy work-life balance
  • Allocating qualified, engaged, and motivated supervisors between projects
  • Guide the overall direction/agenda from Operations Support Management Team and Construction Management towards the Supervisors
  • Working towards and staying on top of budgets
Qualifications
  • You should have previous Team Leader, coordinating and distance management experience
  • Experienced user of ERP systems, e.g. Microsoft Dynamics and MS Office
  • Knowledge of local labour agreements
  • Fluent English language skills, verbal and written
Competencies
  • Ability to develop and direct your team
  • You should have solid interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work within a diverse team
  • Good coordinating/planning skills
  • You can work with limited to no supervision
  • You are open minded and able to adapt to changing work conditions

Additional Information

Primary work location: Denmark, UK or Belgium

This position requires up to 30 days travel per year.
