Board of Innovation is an independently owned business design and innovation strategy firm. We have a hybrid work policy that allows us to attract the best talent. Our hubs are located in Antwerp, Amsterdam, New York, and Singapore but our talent is globally distributed. For now, keep reading, because we’re looking for someone with superpowers to support this awesome team of innovation consultants! Consider this as your main responsibilities as a Team Support.

We’re looking for someone who wants to start her/his career in a creative-business environment with lot’s of warmhearted and fun colleagues. We want everyone to make their job their own, but you can consider this a starting point of yours:

  • Team / Management Support: You’ll be an all-round administrative & organizational support:
  • e.g. monthly reporting, e-mailing, calendar management, etc.
  • e.g. booking flights and hotels for your colleagues
  • e.g. ad hoc HR/Finance tasks like filing work permit requests, handling expenses, etc.
  • e.g. co-organizing team events like our summer office, quarterly office weeks or smaller events like a bbq
  • ...
  • Workshop Management: You ensure a smooth administration for our consultants’ client engagements:
  • You book venues, hotels, flights and trains for the consultants’ (inter)national workshops
  • You provide brainstorm material, print templates, etc.
  • You set up in-house workshops for customers: arrange room, order catering, etc
  • ...
  • Office Management: You’re day-to-day in charge of our beautiful office in Antwerp:
  • You ensure neat meeting rooms, a clean kitchen and working area’s
  • You purchase and manage office supplies within budget
  • You organize lunches in the office occasionally and you order weekly groceries online (fruits, candy, drinks,...)
  • You welcome clients/visitors (reception) and take care of the mail
  • You coordinate the external cleaning team and are the main contact with the landlord
  • You take care of refurbishments & coordinate things with our suppliers

Requirements:
We are looking for someone who:
  • is a people person, who is accurate, organized & flexible
  • is naturally service-oriented & a team-player & is known for the ability to manage multiple things simultaneously
  • is a fast learner when it comes to using a MacBook and IT tools like Slack, Gmail, Dropbox, Google Sheets, etc
  • is fluent in English and Dutch (spoken and written!)
  • can easily commute to our Antwerp office
  • wants to work full-time and is available to start in or around January 2022
