What We Are Looking For
- Data driven Senior Tech AI Recruiter to contribute to the development and implementation of global tech recruiting strategy;
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes in several technical and corporate areas reaching out to the best candidate;
- Manage a talent pool and the relationship with professionals;
- Maintain close communication with hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle to understand the position, team needs, culture, and values;
- Contribute ideas to improve our processes, employer brand, and hiring strategy;
- Provide HR support for all the internal process and employee life cycle,
- Act as a Consultant for HR matters with the hiring manager in order to foster business effectiveness;
- Provide an amazing candidate experience every time
Typical profiles we hire:
- Data Intelligence: Data Scientists, Data Engineers, People Analytics Specialists (often PHD´s)
- And not to forget!! We hire also talent to professionalize our HR, Marketing, Finance and Sales teams…
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- 5+ years of full-cycle tech recruitment experience in an agency or in-house
- Exceptional online candidate sourcing skills (global scale will be a plus)
- Knowledge of key social media and recruiting channels
- Experience in closing senior-level tech candidates and negotiating offer terms
- Ability to deliver challenging recruitment projects on time
- Experience sourcing and hiring candidates internationally
- Startup/scale-up mindset and desire to achieve great results
- Fluent English is a must;
