About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Buyer to support our procurement team on a 3 to 6-month contract. The ideal candidate has solid experience in CAPEX procurement and a strong understanding of the industrial/manufacturing sector. This is an excellent opportunity to bring your expertise to a fast-paced, technical environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement of technical equipment and CAPEX-related items
  • Handle RFQs, supplier negotiations, and contract reviews
  • Collaborate with engineering and project teams to understand technical specifications
  • Source and qualify industrial suppliers, both locally and internationally
  • Ensure timely delivery and cost-effective purchasing aligned with project timelines
  • Maintain accurate purchasing documentation and ERP system updates

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical or industrial purchasing
  • Proven experience with CAPEX procurement
  • Strong understanding of the industrial/manufacturing sector
  • Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Availability to work on-site in Arlon, with flexibility for limited remote work if needed
