Our engineering consultancy company is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support our recruitment efforts and build a strong talent pipeline to support our business objectives. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition, HR team and hiring managers to identify and attract top talent in the engineering industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain highly skilled engineering professionals.
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Negotiate salary offer and act as a business partner towards business teams.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline through networking, industry events, and social media.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, and provide guidance on recruitment best practices and market trends.
- Develop and manage relationships with potential engineering candidates.
- Partner with the Head of Talent Acquisition to build a strong recruitment strategy within Talent Acquisition to ensure high potential professionals.
- Partner with the HR team to develop and implement employee retention strategies.
