The EEAS Digital Solutions Division is looking for a Technical Support Analyst for the Operations Team with at least 3 years of work experience.

Tasks

o Provide Information Systems technical support for customer issues

o Collaborate with users and other It team with collaborative tools

o Analyze user problems and provide potential workarounds for problems

o Raise information and production incident (bug) to the development team

o Raise information and change request to the project team

o Develop and maintain the knowledge base for user support

o Report on incidents and problem

Knowledge, Competences and Tools

o Methodical and disciplined problem solving skills.

o Business analysis and business processes modelling

o Information Systems matters and technical knowledge on the projects aspects

o Large organization administrative business processes

o Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English (French would be an
asset)
o Experience of ITSM tool, such as ServiceNow and Jira
