You will be based in our Brussels, Dublin, Lisbon or Wroclaw office as part of our Marketing & Sales Solutions teams globally.

What You’ll Do
You will ensure the correct elevation of issues from 1st line to 2nd line support members and any unresolved software issues to the development teams as well as ensuring that any bugs are correctly documented.
In this role, you will define, implement and manage technical support processes and procedures. You will produce weekly and monthly KPI reporting as well as create and drive initiatives to improve quality, performance and SOP’s for support and DevOps engineers. You will identify areas for self-serve and automation and lead said innovations.
Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in computer science
- 6+ years of experience managing the support of modern cloud-based SaaS systems in a fast paced environment
- Experience managing both help desk and site reliability engineering teams
- Understanding of complex enterprise systems and solutions
- Working knowledge of modern day DevOps and software development practices
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, AWS and/or Azure in particular
- Familiarity of compliance and certifications (e.g., SOC2)
