After an intensive training on products, biosecurity, and our farm to fork approach on animal production, you will be responsible for delivering technical services and expertise to the Animal Health division.
Your Main Responsibilities Are
- Provide guidance and decision-making to internal sales team members and external customers on programs, solutions, equipment, and applications for customer-specific needs for poultry & swine integrators and commercial operations
- Execute new product launches through the development and delivery of local training programs for sales teams
- Serve as technical services lead for global animal health/biosecurity digital, predictive analytics solutions & programs
- Collaborate with RD&E, regulatory and marketing to complete in-market new product field trials and provide market-back insights for identified projects
- Represent the animal health division and the company externally as a subject matter expert, maintaining relationships with identified industry influencers
- Fluent in English written and oral.
- 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing global animal production, health and biosecurity role.
- Experience writing and implementing animal health, biosecurity, water protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to assess animal health and biosecurity needs for poultry and/or swine integrators, commercial farm operations, and global customers in key global markets, i.e. North America, China, Latin America, and Europe.
- Experience delivering protocols on risk reduction strategies and biosecurity recommendations for poultry, swine, and dairy large, commercial operations.
- New product launch training experience with internal and external customers.
- Strong customer-facing communication experience.
- Ability to work independently and within a matrix organization.
