Project Description/ContextDescriptionCIN is currently looking for Senior Testers to join the ongoing projects to transform and modernize data exchange in the healthcare sector, as part of national programs with the ambition to reshape the e-health landscape in the coming years. Preferably on temp-to-perm bases for Junior & Medior profiles (internalization after 6 – 9 – 12 months mission), Senior externals are also welcome, but atomomy and added value must be guaranteed.The Collège Intermutualiste National (CIN) is an association of mutual societies composed of representatives of the 5 national unions of mutualities, the Sickness and Disability Assistance Fund and the SNCB Health Care Fund. The CIN represents the entire Belgian population in terms of social insurance. Within the CIN, a team of about 20 motivated people works responsible for the design and implementation of IT projects common to all mutualities. Our basic mission is the management of information flows between the different actors of the AMI. We ensure the development and management of information flows between mutual societies and other social security actors (patients, care providers, care institutions, Crossroads Bank for Social Security, e-Health, INAMI, the EU, etc.) via the NIPPIN intermutualist platform. Our missions are currently extending to other intermutualist areas.Primary Tasks & ResponsibilitiesAs part of the CIN’s projects, you are responsible for the design, organization, implementation and monitoring of the validation tests of the services put into production, in collaboration with software providers in the various healthcare sectors and also with the Insurers. The design, organization, implementation and monitoring of validation tests.Together with CIN team members, you organize and monitor the deployment of CIN services in the healthcare sector in collaboration with software providers and Insurers.You provide support and certification testing and remediation of new software vendors who want to integrate CIN services into their applications.Technical Profile Requirements⮚ +5y experience as a software tester and/or an ISTQB certified tester designation⮚ Very good knowledge of Java and/or Web development.⮚ Very Good Experience Using
  • problem and project management such as JIRA
  • content collaboration such as Confluence
⮚ You have an analytical and synthetic mind and are attentive to detail and quality.⮚ Very good knowledge of webservices REST is a plus⮚ Very good knowledge of Java (Scripting Selenium) is a plus⮚ Expert knowledge of Testing Tools & methodologies⮚ Very good knowledge of SQL⮚ ISTQB Certificate is a plus⮚ Knowledge of the AMI,⮚ Very good knowledge of QA⮚ Very good knowledge of IT Architecture (Business & Functional) is a plusNon-Technical Profile Requirements

Methodology/Certification RequirementsMaster’s Degree OR equivalent through experience.Language proficiencies
