What will you be doing ?

For our Client (P&G Health) in Strombeek-Bever, we’re looking for a Trade Marketeer.

In This Position, Your Main Tasks Will Consist Of
  • Co-developing base business-focused Plans to grow Core Business:
  • Addressing any sales fundamental Gaps;
  • Deploying Plans to sales Teams;
  • Enabling strong Execution and forecast Delivery.
  • Developing and aligning the Belgium & Luxembourg Channel Strategy consistent with regional Channel Strategy;
  • Working with Belgium’s Brand Team on Marketing Strategy and Planning to start developing the Trade Activity Plan, get Input and Alignment from the Sales Team and Leader;
  • Finalizing Trade Plan and get full Alignment/Support from the Sales Leadership Team on the following Elements:
  • Sales;
  • Fundamental Goals (by-Channel/Customer);
  • Conversion/Remnant Plan;
  • Distribution;
  • Shelving;
  • Display and Promotion Plans;
  • Customer Profit Plan;
  • Brand Fundamentals (Merchandising).
  • Submitting Country Pipeline Volume Forecast.

What are we looking for ?

A Candidate For This Position Should
  • Have a Background related to the Field (obtained by Studies or Experience);
  • Master the English, Dutch & French Language;
  • Have the Ability to manage Priorities;
  • Be autonomous/independent in the Handling of different Responsibilities and Customers;
  • Show Project Management Skills, in particular managing complex Processes with the adequate Discipline in Execution;
  • Be a good Problem Solver.

What do we offer ?
  • Duration : Project of +/- 4 Months ; Start Date: ASAP ; End Date: 31/03/22 (Weekly Contracts – Weekly Payments) --> Extension up to 1 Year (Maximum) is possible, but is no Guarantee just yet!;
  • Salary : € 15,96 (gross) per Hour --> +/- € 2627,95 (gross) per Month;
  • Extra Reimbursements : 75 % Refund for Public Transport Costs OR Mileage Allowance for Car Transport;
  • Food : Company Restaurant (International Cuisine) – No Meal Vouchers;
