    Job Description:
    Report directly to general manager.

    Main Responsibilities:
    • Support Management and Sales Team: Assist management and the sales team in the development and implementation of trade marketing plans and campaigns.
    • Assortments and Planograms Creation and Optimization: Create, modify, and improve assortments and planograms for retailers.
    • Animation Planning and Follow-up: Create and optimize animation planning and follow-up with agencies.
    • Business Reviews Preparation: Prepare business reviews with the General Manager and KAM on trade marketing issues.
    • KPI Analysis: Analyze trade marketing KPIs (product performance, planogram efficiency, etc.) and provide insights for improvement.
    • POS Materials Management: Work with purchasing teams to order the best POS materials (displays, shelves, etc.) for the Belgian market.
    • Field Team Communication: Communicate with field teams on trade marketing campaigns in each retailer (promotions, extra visibility, etc.).
    • Supplier Liaison: Liaise with suppliers to develop new equipment and manage the production of marketing materials.
    • Budget Monitoring: Monitor the budget for trade marketing expenses
      Your Profile:
      • Education: Bachelor’s degree
      • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
      • Skills:
        • Very good knowledge of the “Pack Office”: Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook.
        • Knowledge of planogram management and analytical tools
        • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
        • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
        • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
      • Languages: Bilingual Dutch/French or French/English

      • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
      • Proactive and able to take initiatives.
      • Positive & flexible mindset
      • Ability to work collaboratively with KAM & Field manager.
