Job Description:
Report directly to general manager.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support Management and Sales Team: Assist management and the sales team in the development and implementation of trade marketing plans and campaigns.
- Assortments and Planograms Creation and Optimization: Create, modify, and improve assortments and planograms for retailers.
- Animation Planning and Follow-up: Create and optimize animation planning and follow-up with agencies.
- Business Reviews Preparation: Prepare business reviews with the General Manager and KAM on trade marketing issues.
- KPI Analysis: Analyze trade marketing KPIs (product performance, planogram efficiency, etc.) and provide insights for improvement.
- POS Materials Management: Work with purchasing teams to order the best POS materials (displays, shelves, etc.) for the Belgian market.
- Field Team Communication: Communicate with field teams on trade marketing campaigns in each retailer (promotions, extra visibility, etc.).
- Supplier Liaison: Liaise with suppliers to develop new equipment and manage the production of marketing materials.
- Budget Monitoring: Monitor the budget for trade marketing expenses
Your Profile:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills:
- Very good knowledge of the “Pack Office”: Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook.
- Knowledge of planogram management and analytical tools
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Languages: Bilingual Dutch/French or French/English

- Proactive and able to take initiatives.
- Positive & flexible mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively with KAM & Field manager.
