Trade Marketing Executive
The Purpose (of the role):
The Trade Marketing Executive is responsible for all national activations in the off-trade channel. You will bridge both commercial objectives as Marketing objectives into perfect execution into the field. This position will need to plan, execute and follow-up on the effectiveness of the activations. This position also supports in the full business cycle (from 1Y Plan to channel and operational plan). This will lead to transformational channel strategies, resulting in sales uplift, while ensuring ROI and brand building. Within this role you’ll be able to work with such brands as Corona and Tripel Karmeliet.

You will report directly into BELUX Head of TM.

The role:
- You will lead the implementation of POCM / POC Targeting / Trade Activations / Trade Programs for all ABI brands in the channel, by (1) having the right POCM on time & in full, (2) targeting the right POCs for the POCM/Market Program initiatives, and ensuring (3) Sales Rep training & communication. And delivering Sales uplift through (a) volume impact and (b) ROI positive activations & investments.
- Yuo will be in charge of defining and executing the Marketing strategy for the country
- This role is responsible for the strategy, definition, planning, implementation, & tracking of the country gameplan.
- This role has budget responsibility for the Trade related Sales package and Commercial Capex initiatives.
- Therefore, you will need to manage both internal (Sales director, Sales Reps, National accounts, Marketing team, ZX, FP&A, …) and external stakeholders (POCM suppliers, Wholesalers, POC owners, …).
Who we’re looking for:
- Fluent in English and Dutch/French
- First experience or internship, field experience preferred. Nice to have printing or digital tools knowledge.
- Hands-on mentality
- Team player & communication skills
- Ability to understand and translate business requirements into a solid strategy & according actions, programs & gameplan.
- Organizational skills and ability to plan the team workload effectively to meet deadlines
- Excellent team leadership & able to develop strong relationships with colleagues & customers
- Thought leadership & innovative thinking to develop winning channel strategy & gameplan concepts
